Data-Dog - "...The only logical explanation is that the prime directive was violated."

And if there were people on these continents - how did Noah preach to them without the benefit of modern day travel?
Carrier pigeons.
Good point about the absolute need for miraculous events: they NEED God to have "Dun It", since that reinforces their belief that, "all miraculous events are done to reflect the glory of God".
Nowhere in the Bible does it state that Noah preached to others: Jesus even indicated that no one knew the Flood was coming (which would be hard to do, if Noah was blabbing or warning about it).
Also note that YHWH provided a detailed passenger manifest (Noah and family) BEFORE ark building even began, and entered a covenant (making a contract) with Noah to allow them on the ark in exchange for building it: the agreement didn't mention any other passengers on board.
So as stated above, the meme of Noah preaching is a false interpretation used to justify modern-day preaching work; there's no biblical basis for it in the Flood account (and questionable readings found in the NT).
Maybe Noah had one of these? I know there are some wackos out there but this is NOT a sculpture of a bird. Also a modern replica was made, only larger, and it flew. Noah probably covered his territory in one of these! LOL!!! He had to use a boat later because the changes in the ionosphere prior to the flood caused malfunctions with his propulsion system. I should write for the Awake!
Does anyone on this forum actually believe there was a worldwide flood? I know that when I was a witness I didn't!
"Dont listen to her, she believes in dragons." Theocratic Sedition, page 1
Dammit, I don't believe in dragons!!! I AM a "dragon" - of sorts...
Just get on my wrong side and you'll see what I mean...
"Also a modern replica was made, only larger, and it flew...." DataDog, page 3
But... But... But....
Wasn't that original made of GOLD???
How the heck could they have gotten a "GOLDEN" bird-model to FLY???
In all seriousness, it looks like a replica of some sort of sacred bird. So, being modeled upon a bird, it would only make sense that a replica could "fly" - for short distances, at any rate.
Especially when they added a modern engine...
Rather like a toy balsa-wood or paper airplane can "fly".
@JWfacts
From your comment I Wasnt very sure if you believed it or not. I had to respond to anyone that might seriously make that claim.
Plus in the story God must have expected no one else to listen. I mean they are already crammed beyond imagination. Seven pairs of every clean animal.

How could you be a JW and not believe? It is intrinsically tied in with their core doctrine of the last days, baptism, everyone dying at Armageddon, preaching etc.
Enigma, that is an interesting list, where is it from? I did not realise there were all those clean birds.
ZID, have some fun! Don't you like to imagine Noah zipping around with his beard flapping in the wind? His bag of literature at his side... Come on, that is probably how Santa Clause got started! Of course the replica wasn't made of gold, that would be too heavy. It would also be silly to think that some ancient tech could not have existed. If it did, who knows what propulsion system it had? Without looking it up, how does a quartz crystal radio work? That is technology. Who would imagine you could build such a thing? I am not saying that golden flyer was a model of something they had, but maybe they saw something like it. It's fun to think about, no harm in that.
