Probably 50% of adults have a bp which is higher than what is good!

It's all about lifestyle and food culture. You can lower your bp in some months!

Time of day has a lot to do with it. My AM BP was consistently high (148/98) my afternoon or evening would always come down to a reasonable 125/78. I took 1 Lisinopril every morning. My doc recommended I take it before bed instead of am. I did, and the difference has been amazing. My BP has come down drastically for the morning check and stays down for the day.

My blood pressure was high. I worked in law enforcement as a detention officer. I retired in March and I started playing soccer. My blood pressure has come way down to 117/68. In my case several hours of physical activity a week makes a world of difference.

Of course, not everybody will achieve results like that. And it may be important to be a slow starter, not to hurt our body! But what you did is very good and way better than just taking the pills and continue to eat the McDonalds diet! Our body will adjust according to our way of life. As long as the body gets time to adjust, our health will improve when we do the right things!

Yes Healthworker, Lipton green tea in the bottle and

also oat meal each day. My brother doctor told him to

lay off the tea, it was one of the reason he had gout.

    Go figure.
