I am more scared that Jehovah will keep me alive in drudgery and recapture me so I can go back to knocking on doors, under threat of legal and civil penalties. That Almighty Lowlife Scumbag has done nothing to further my soul or my spirituality.

Actually, I would rather have favor from Satan, Beelzebub, Astaroth, and Azazel (the Four Crowned Princes of Hell). Given the choice between these (and the other Demons) or Jehovah, I would take the Demons. As it stands, I regret that Jehovah has seized my soul at the time I made the mistake of dedicating it to him, and doesn't seem to know what the meaning of "My dedication to you, Jehovah, has been revoked".

Nope. Not scared at all. I'll die of old age at 100 ( hopefully ) before " God " ever kills me. The fear of being destroyed by a " God " is what keeps people like Jehovah's Witnesses in fear to not live their lives in the here and now , and it makes mind control cults like the WT Society wealthy by playing off of that fear. A vicious cycle that's occured throughout mankinds history. Peace out, mr. Flipper

I don't fear death, nor God. The latter doesn't exist, and the former is not a choice... so I'm cool with what I cannot control.

The only thing that saddens me, is that those who claim loud and clear that there is such a god will never live learn the truth about his non-existance.

Don't worry about them mate. If they don't learn, then that's their bad luck

The connection to Dionysus has very little foundation. Blavatsky was a spiritualist who believed that Lucifer is the only God true God and all should worship Her. Much of what she said was repeated in the thoroughly debunked film, zeitgeist.

One of the only comparrisons that has been able to be upheld regarding the similarities of Jesus to Dionysus is that Dionysus also turned water to wine. However, the first account of this was not given until AFTER the gospels were written. The first account of Dionysus doing this was in the 2nd century in a romance written by Tatius. Interestingly a writer named Suidas, who lived during the tenth century AD, suggests that Tatius was very much influenced by the New Testament, in that he became a Christian and rose to the rank of bishop.

research some actual sources, instead of other writers. Don't take zeitgeist seriously until you research it, since it has proven to be full of bad scholarship. People continue to repeat the same sources, and these sources are not accurate.
