I could borrow a hundred bucks to produce and distribute lemonade to thirsty folks on a hot day. If they don't have the money to buy it, they stay thirsty and I go out of business.

and LV101, the only break we got was that "death tax " was halted under GWB. we happened to get a good deal because my father died at the "right time".
one day, the "brains" are going to go on strike. i dont mean that you lack intelligence, i mean the entreprenuers will quit hiring.
and in response to bergs question... ill vent over unfair regs. while i comply. as long as you play their game you are subject to arbituary rules. if you quit, they can not shake you down.
