Correction, make that 2 doors. The second was a buddies cabbin when I was 20. I punched the door off the hinges. I was able to fix it the next day. Not my proudest moment

I loose my cool sometimes but recover quickly and never act out violently. But when i drank I quickly became unreasonable and no one could calm me down. I can't explain why and it would happen without warning at the drop of a hat. Usually involved me yelling and cussin but occasionally I would break stuff

when i was young, i must have broken like 10 video game controllers. now my stuff is too expensive to replace. i can see how a smart phone might cause me to wanna chuck it as hard as i can. i suggest a full size punching bag if that is how you like to vent, its cheaper than a broken knuckle or a new phone.

MOstly bar brawls. I rated the succes of my fight by the ratio of bruises on my head, vs my fists. I never remembered anything. Too drunk back then

    Dont throw stuff.

    It is dumb.

If you do it in a relationship thats even worse.

I threw things when I was younger (early 20's) but I did really well until January of this year. My ex-husband and I were fighting and I threw this hideous piece of art glass that he bought. I tossed it like a frisbee. It tore holes in the wall and shattered in a million pieces. I assured the police that, had I been throwing it to harm him, I would have succeeded and that I can dispose of my property in my house as I see fit. But after I threw it, I remember thinking that the only thing that changes with time are the objects we throw. I went from coffee cups to art glass inside of a decade. Not bad.

I haven't thrown anything else this year.
