I'm sure that the R&F will view it as a 'grand privilege' (TM) to give and valuables money to the paedophile protection fund.
Even if the letter isn't worded as a solicitation there is still the guilty feelings already instilled into the R&F that Jehovah (TM) will murder them SOON (TM) if they don't donate.
They might say the R&F need to be careful and watch for their future (I though Armageddon (TM) was coming?), but we all know the WBT$ will see this as investment for the future as the residual assets will be theirs when the R&F pop their clogs.

I don't think its "new news" that they're asking for money. However, I do agree that there is a stronger focus on it, now. This letter seems to be an example of that.
Our last CO visit (I started a thread on it) featured a talk entirely on the subject of donations. Inever heard anything like it during a CO's visit.
I wonder if this will be read to congregations in the US, anytime soon....
