I'm watching some fabulous lenticular clouds on the mountain, so beautiful and amazing to see. Toward sunset, which is right now, they turn pink and golden and so does the snow on the mountain.
I love the Columbia River, would like to take a drive along there again, look at the sites and eat at Jake's Crawfish around the corner from Powell's bookstore.

We see lenticulars a couple of times a year. Usually over Mt Adams, which is over in Washington, from Hood River. Mt Hood also has some beauties. They are like big cloud doughnuts floating above the peaks.
Over what mtns are u seeing lentics.?

It's Mount Shasta. They form almost daily, sometimes one after another, so interesting to watch.

My Columbia River adventures run from the Dalles to Longview Washington, and no farther up or down stream. My Oregon coast range is from Tillamook to Florence. I have a lot left to see, Oregon wise, but I have seen a lot of the best of it.

Yeah, I really like Oregon. I don't live that far away nowadays, but still it costs a lot of $$$ to roam around Oregon. I like driving along the entire coast of Oregon, so much to see their and it's all beautiful.
