- Believe what you like as long as you aren't harming others
Agreed.
- Keep ALL religion and faith out of politics and rules/law-making outside of your church
Agreed.
- If you say things like "God told me XYZ", expect that to not believed
Agreed.
- Violent talk is never acceptable
Or violent actions. But agreed.
- If you say God is telling you things about other posters, expect to be challenged, especially if they are untrue. Expect to be called out for that.
Agreed, so long as thus provision includes the sub-clause that if such "challenger" asks, cajoles, pushes, or forces another poster to tell them (by relentlessly following, chiding, and harassing the one so asked) what God (or Christ) says about them, and that such poster finally agrees to share that, because the challenger has left no other choice... then no challenge may come. Whether true or not, but especially if true... because although one says ones may WANT the truth, if such one can't handle the truth, such one shouldn't have asked, cajoled, or pushed FOR the truth. Because such might (and in my case will indeed) get what such one asked for, which may not necessarily be what such one expected... or wanted. Add that... and we're golden - I'm ready.
Really. Honestly. My hand is out and my wish for peace genuine... to whomever will receive it. No strings attached. No bait. No switch. No hint. No hidden agenda(s). No cross-fingers. No cross-eyes. No crosses... No, seriously... no ifs, ands, or buts. And I, for my part, will not break it. If broken, however, I will not be held to it.
So... truce... anyone? (SA extends her right hand - so that no one will accuse her of not being on the up-and-up, "Cause she gave her left hand!")
Peace. Really. Truly.
A slave of Christ (and sorry, but that is not going to change, being it or stating it. Some things truly are non-negotiable),
