    Vid Game Consoles:
    Atari 2600
    Intellivision
    Nintendo Entertainment System
    Super Nintendo Entertainment System
    Sega
    Playstation
    Playstation 2
    Dreamcast
    Nintendo Game Cube

Pretty much...I've played TONZ of games. Those I listed were among my favorites and don't even encompass all. Where do I get the time? Lack of sleep give you a clue? Also for 7 years I worked on a fishing boat, a tender. Kinda neat we could bring in our Consoles to play in our cabins.

    Hmmm

Lock-n-chase for Intellivision (pac man ripoff, but fun)
Flashback (also Intellivision) had pretty amazing graphics and fluid movement for the time.

The Zorks UGH! I remember going into some cavern that had an echo. No matter what I tried to do (north) it would echo it back to me (NORTH NORTH). I thought I'd broken the Apple II C that my parents had just bought.

Anything by ID Soft, esp. the last 3 titles in the Quake series. My reaction times to visual stimuli have been honed down to very small fractions of a second by these games

"...the greater will be the beneficial effect, because you get more of the ultra-violet rays, which are healing" - The Golden Age
    [SYN], UADA
    - Unseen Apostate Directorate of Africa.

Did you have many games for the Commodore 64? BTW after Everquest did you get into any other massive online multiplayer game?

    Tonz o games for C-64. I remember:

Various arcade games like Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr. Pac-Man etc.
Blue Max (kinda like Zaxxon, but WW I Bi-plane)
    Phantisie series (rpg)
KARATEKA -I can't believe I forgot that one.
    Strip Poker (heh heh heh)
Archon I & II (that freaky chess like game w/mythological creatures)
    Budokan
    Elite
M.U.L.E. (Dang! That game WAS addicting)
    Pirates
    Raid over Moscow
ROADWAR 2000 (lost alot of sleep with that one)
Some of the Ultima games I remember were on the C-64. These are one I remember enjoy playing. I'm sure there's more.

Right now, I'm playing Dark Age of Camelot (MMORPG). I'm on the Isuelt server with a 26 Troll Warrior.

On EQ I had a Wood Elf Ranger on Luclin server.

Sounds like you didn't get into the later generation of games, they really improved the graphics and such.. It's been a long time, but as far as RPG did you ever play Bard's Tale?

Yep yep...Bards Tale. I remember mapping out on paper the towns and dungeons on that one. I missed a "gap" between Mac to IBM 386's in my gaming career. Console gaming was more a primary play for me in that period.

I have all of those video game systems on my computer as emulators, anytime i feel like playing an old game i download it and play it. Thank goodness for emulators and roms.

The ones I really miss though are the Sierra 'Quest' games, like all the kings quest, police quest, heros quest and space quest.

Hmmmm... LOL... I know this thread is probly dead, but maybe you'll see this:

the solution to the echo room was really stupid. all you had to do was type "echo." the game would respond "echo echo," and then the room became a normal room! sad, sad, sad.
