EP.. the word 'kind' is not meaningless. In scientific terms it would be the 'genus'.
No, it isn't. If it was you would find it in scientific peer reviewed journals. Any attempt to push the idea that "kind" has scientific meaning is incorrect.
Kind is a synonym of genus. It can also be a synonym of species.
Genus or species is the correct scientific term though.

As we showed on the common ancestry thread Homo sapiens and chimps both evolved from a common ancestor over millions of years.
Its easy for you to invent stuff out of clear blue sky but has no connection to the real world.

No it isn't, its just a made-up notion.
I think we should ask this question:
If I start breeding dogs who are better able to digest starch and sugars than most breeds do today and I succeed, does that mean evolution has taken place?
Dog breeds of every kind will always be dogs/wolfs, in my opinion. Just to add to the conversation, is the eastern coyote really a coyote, a wolf, a dog or what?
