Whoever wants to obtain them (i.e., Barbara Anderson, JW Leaks, etc.) will have to use an attorney service to obtain copies. I recommend Nationwide Legal, LLC, (213) 249-9999. They are based in Los Angeles but have an office in San Francisco. Their research department handles the copying of court filings. It will be interesting to see what arguments are raised in their brief.
