So, how many of you woke up with this song in your head this morning?
No matter how hard I try, it seems I can't get this song out of my head this morning. "The bread stands for Jesus Christ body, he gave on behalf of us all."
Now I guess you will all be mad at me for making you think of it, right?
Even the song shows that Jesus sacrafice was on behalf of us all!!!

Nice point, blindfool.
But I'm trying to erase all those kingdom melodies from my head. Thanks alot!!

I keep hearing, "HEY there all you thirsty ones..." Despise it.
Have you noticed they rip off the theme of one of Beethoven's symphonies without attribution? Yes, I know it's in the public domain, but still that's pretty cheesy.
And those KM tunes played by the Bethel "orchestra." Sounds like a bad mixture of elevator music and high school band...on acid.

Joy,
Yes, I'm going tonight.
If I didn't go, do you know the hell I'd pay at home?
I'll go and watch as the emblems are passed, feel bad about not partaking, and pray to God and Jesus tonight that they will understand and forgive me for not doing what I think is right. -

I'm another one that has to go in order to keep the peace in the house. I'm so dreading it.

Francois,
LOL "Hey there all you thirsty ones"
Now you've got me stuck with that one too!Who wrote these songs anyway?
The first time I went to a KH with my wife, I kept looking for the piano in the hall. I have to admit that it took me a couple of meetings to figure out that these were just tapes being played over a machine.

Song # 133 "We're Jehovah's Witnesses"
That song comes to mind whenever I think of their SongBook and shit tunes to go with it.
Is it not funny now in retrospect how they always said that listening to the Kingdom Melodies was sooooooooooo soothing and calming. It's prepubescent classical music. If you listened to legendary classical music, you were (at least in my case) chastised for not listening to the Kingdom Melodies instead.
Try Tzchaikovsky or Beethoven. MUCH BETTER.
