Don't misunderstand me by what I said, which was:

Actually, I don't doubt what you say of its origin. Some of the terminology doesn't mesh. For example, the bit about Biblical music in stores; "soul winning", etc.
What I meant was that I don't question what you said about the piece being lifted from a tract of the Seventh-Day Adventist. Such expressions as those I've highlighted in red indicate as much, being that they aren't JW lingo.

I still think that seeing the tract you have would be interesting, if you can manage it.

Thanks, RR. The part I rally liked (yes rally) was the very last paragraph, which said: “After fighting Christianity for six thousand years....”

Wow, “Christianity” has been around a LOT longer than what I’d realized!

This is bloody brilliant... my Dad will choke when I send him the jpegs! Haha! I'll do it completely straight-faced... "Dad, why are you sending me round rip-offs of other religion's tracts?". What fun.

    Imbue;

After all you've been through; is this what your father thinks keeps you from being JW? Your to busy to go to the KH. umm! Does he know your an atheist?
As it stands my Dad knows I am not a JW because I disagree with their doctrines, and I've told him that I can't talk to him about it because his faith doesn't allow dissent, and I don't want to cause him a conflict. He's a cultist, I'm an adult. I have to be grown-up in this situation, as I could easily push his buttons and provoke a preconditioned response.

I think that the word "imp" is quite fitting, only with a period added to the end of it (i.e., imp.).

That way, the definition comes out to be:

    imp. abbr.
    Imperative
    Imperial
    Important
    Imprimatur
Yes "imp." (note little red dot at the end now)
complies with the character of Jehovah's Witnesses
so very VERY well. They know that it is important,
yes IMPERATIVE, that peoples everywhere hear
the imperial (royal; majestic) message of salvation.

And, of course, that's what makes the Devil's demons
and apostate imps (no little red dot this time) so upset.
While other so-called "Christians" sit on their arses in
"Church" -- feeding, clothing, housing, and admiring their
Pastors "wonderful sermon" -- Jehovah's Witnesses are out
pounding the sidewalks taking the message of salvation to
the peoples in OBEDIENCE TO CHRIST'S INSTRUCTIONS.
    Matthew 28:19, 20.

    Thank goodness for Satan.

We could of course resist his evil power and start farming and digging holes and reading our watchtowers and praying...now that is so exciting I just shit my pants.....gotta go
