Just do what King David did - act as if you are really mentally distressed (diseased?) and make it clear that you are in no fit state to go through any kind of inquisition just now.
Then repeat if the situation rears its ugly head again!

I figured I'd cry and cry, which would get my husband so riled up against them he'd leave with me. That and, do like Jesus and answer them nothing.
I know a bro who was JC'd for 'apostasy' and he only quoted scripture and said not another word. They had to let him go free! The first thing he said to them in the JC was "May Jehovah rebuke you..." All they could do to him was forbid him to answer at the WT. And since he refuses to wear a tie or put in a field service report, they don't let him go witnessing.
A package giving info and techniques will be invaluable, and save us a bit of time helping newbies on here, not that I begrudge the time at all, but it could be that we leave out a vital piece of advice that would help their situation, a package can address all scenarios.
Most techniques have been tried, and tears are the least likely to get the result you want Julia ! unless you simply wish to show you are "repentant" and put off the evil day for another time.
I would advise that we do not disclose the contents of the package openly on line for obvious reasons, just give access to posters we feel are genuine, that too could be breached, but we ought to try.

Problem as I see it is that many JC results are decided before they begin. IE. if you're the elder's son you can get away with murder. If you are a 'sister' you'll be grilled for sexual secrets for the elder's wank bank later or when they're shagging their wives and thinking of someone else.
If you're not liked in the CON~gregation they'll feck you over.
I like the idea of a manual but I personally think it will have limited effect. Maybe that's all it needs?

YES! A manual of sorts..I want to work on that. My line of questions will start with "on who's behalf are you taking this action"? WTBTS or the corporation that identifies your local congregation. "Are any of you brothers represented by legal council"? "Do any of you brothers carry insurance to cover lawsuits due to acts of defamation or violation of civil rights"? "Do you brothers have certifications or licensing that lawfully allow you to deal with mentally diseased individuals or with other health problems affecting their mental health"?
I could keep going but I just revealed some of my starter questions formy JC manual.
