There is so much information available, but it is a shame that there isn't some kind of basic protocol for meetings with the Elders. One thing to remember is that they do not care what is true, or factual. You cannot argue doctrine. So just bringing up their mistakes will get you nowhere because they are totally brainwashed.
What would be helpful is a list of all the questions that they will likely ask, and then scriptures that are appropriate. It is risky no matter what. If you don't have the personality to take them on, then I would suggest not attending at all. When I had all my meetings, I gave them a list of changing doctrines because they specifically called me rebellious and disrespectful for even mentioning that the WT contains errors. The WT is the word of Jehovah in their minds. The GB is the mouthpiece of Jehovah. You can't really win, or convince them of anything, a person wakes up on their own in most cases.
So having quotes from the WT and Awake concerning subjects that are likely to come up would be handy. You can say, just like I did, that the WT and Awake are not apostate sources are they? Then you have to stand your ground, and have no fear of them. They cannot refute it. If they ask you if are loyal to the GB then quote scriptures about being loyal to God and Christ above all others. Tell them your loyalty to men is conditional, as it should be. They cannot refute that either.
You just have to keep your cool, or do not attend. In the end you will lose, but you will have your self-respect. Like someone else mentioned, all they can do is take away " privileges " if you give them nothing to hang you with. Perhaps having the list of subjects to likely be covered along with scriptures and WT quotes is the best defense. You must throw the burden of proof on them. Make them lie to get what they want. Maybe a friend could coach you as if you were preparing for a court appearance? In the end it comes down to making them prove it, and bulls***ing your way through the small stuff. So if you are not the type that can handle the heat of an interrogation and you don't know when you are being baited, or when you should practice theocratic lying, then don't go.
