    Good memories JV.

Something I learned, Bobby Rogers and Smokey Robinson were born on the same day in the same hospital, they considered themselves brothers.

It was a treat for us whenever my mom brought home a new motown record

I remember when she brought home " I second that emotion "

She played that song to death

I was in either the 2nd or 3rd grade when go-go boots were out, and me and another girl in my class were the ONLY ones who didn't have a pair!___Shirley

    You ain't alone Shirley

I couldn't get half the things I asked for either

My oldest sister is Petite in size, but she got almost anything she asked for

In the '70's she got to get the afro wig of her choice. I had to wear my own hair

I wanted a really big fro like on soul train

My sister had the legs that Joe Tex sung about

But she was allowed to get hot pants, CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT !!!!!

when she wore boots her legs looked like a stick in a paint bucket

She's was a pretty girl. But she wasn't stack like me ( Note : wasblinds stack has shifted over the years )

But I guess my mom knew what she was doin' when she decided things

    But I still felt cheated
