In the book ‘REVELATION ITS GRAND CLIMAX AT HAND’ in Chapter 18 (Earthquakes in the Lord’s Day ) on page 112, the writers mention that the sixth seal is going to be opened some time in the future and yet they go on to mention in Chapter 21 ( Jehovah’s Plagues on Christendom ) that the seven trumpets have already been blown and they give explanations of the fulfillment of these trumpet blasts in mankind’s’ history. However, I believe it is impossible for the seven trumpets to have been sounded before the opening of the sixth seal because firstly, as they pointed out in the book, the sounding of the seven trumpets is ushered in by the opening of the seventh seal, which seal is only opened after the sixth seal has been opened as happened with the other seals. The seals were opened or are opened in order form the first to the seventh, which is the last, without skipping one and going to the next.

Secondly, the events that occur after the opening of the sixth seal are proof that it has not been opened because as is said in Revelation 6:12-17 and I quote, ‘I saw when he opened the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake. The sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became as blood. The stars of the sky fell to the earth, like a fig tree dropping its unripe figs when it is shaken by a great wind. The sky was removed like a scroll when it is rolled up. Every mountain and island were moved out of their places. The kings of the earth, the princes, the commanding officers, the rich, the strong, and every slave and free person, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains. They told the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb, for the great day of his wrath has come; and who is able to stand?” Whatever it is that is going to happen after the opening of the sixth seal will be evidence to every person on earth that the great day of the wrath of the Lamb and of the Lord God Almighty has come. It is not going to leave anybody in any doubt whatsoever of the meaning of the events as shown by that verse that ‘The kings of the earth, the princes, the commanding officers, the rich, the strong, and every slave and free person…’Every person on earth is going to recognize those events as signifying the arrival of the day of the wrath of the Lord Jesus and Almighty God. As far as I’m concerned, there is no point in our history were that has occurred. So to say that the seven trumpets have been sounded when the sixth seal has not yet been opened is not consistent with the Bible. I believe the events in Revelation are presented chronologically, first the seven seals then the seven trumpets then the seven bowls during which the war occurs then the thousand years then the judgment of the dead and the making of everything new.

I have an alternative interpretation of the Book of Revelation. You might like to consider it.

Old geriatric demented John was off his face on magic mushrooms. I mean really totally munted off his brain.

And it was a bad trip man. A real bad trip.

He was seing all kinds of shit. Horses and blood and swords and trumpets and seals (arf, arf).

In his doddery handwriting he wrote it all down.

Now centuries later, people still argue over what it means. All kinds of crazy people reckon they alone have got it all figured out.

If anyone takes Revelation seriously, they are one step away from being cared for by the State.

If people start giving their interpretations out as if they are the ones who can understand this geriatric drool, then it's past time they were institutionalised for their own safety.

And one more thing: why are those who post on bible prophecy so averse to using paragraphs?

They are able to find deep hidden esoteric meaning in the bible, but are unable to locate the <return> key on their keyboard!

I agree. You never hear trumpets, anymore. Now, if revelations would have said seven fireworks; yah, we see batches of those, every year. I totally enjoy fireworks, too. Amen, to fireworks.

Ancient mythological stories are fiction, they were mostly created to bring and create a semblance of power and relevance to gods of

that era from various ancient civilizations.

The bible is a documented reference of these mythological stories expressed by the Hebrews of that time and toward their particular god (YHWH).

MASIMBA ? Is that an African name ?

I do worry about the WT and its big plans for Africa and China and any emerging nations.

First of all - why do you care what they said in the 'Revelation' Book ?????

If you like the Book of Revelation read it in some translation like the Phillips

if you can get a hold of one or read it online in the JB Phillips translation

or the New English translation and YOU descide what it means. Those eight men

of the GB in New York don't have any special connection to the mind of God.

They got it all wrong, there IS no "class" called the faithful and discreet slave, there is

no 'God's Organization'. Its a Power Play, its a White Man's corporation. Its a FAKE a Scam a Cult

Clearly the trumpet blasts are the conventions held in the early 20th century. You'd have to be an idiot not to see that.
