A religion that abuses it's members is not really deserving of respect although I respect your right to choose what you believe.
Also before seeking work in England it may be worthwhile working on improving your writen English. The job situation is difficult for everyone in the UK and being able to read and write English clearly will improve your prospects and help you to have a better experience in London.
