Be careful of listening to those whosuggest juice and fruit diets.
I agree, I dont recomend juicing fruit.
I would juice vegetables Kale, broccoli, cucumber, asperagus, carrotts, some herbs.
You have to do some research. And tweak it to your taste.
Jucing fruit could make you diabetic.
The big thing is to eat natural foods, not man made, or man processed foods.
Eating an apple or an orange is much better than eating a french fry.
Excercise is also very crucial in feeling and performing better.
I am pretty sure if you are having stomach problems and you start juicing vegetables
and consuimg alkaline foods you will start to feel better.
