Is the appeal "we're innocent" or "we're not liable"?
I think they may have reasonable grounds for saying they're not liable - but innocent?
They could end up with their guilt underlined and widely publicized while reducing the damages.
Is that really a good outcome? To me, that might be even worse, suggesting that fancy lawyers bought them a verdict and MONEY is all they care about.

I hope this opens the whole can of worms for the washtowel, along with Christi-SCAM-ity in general. The washtowel will be seen as no better than the cat lick church, and people will wonder what else they are both hiding. In the meantime, I can only hope they will find even dirtier laundry, right in their own LIE-bles. That is, about how Satan did so much to try and save mankind from joke-hova's tyranny even at the expense of being blasphemed to death. I only hope the pedophile scandals serves as a fulcrum to bring all Abrahamic religions down--and, if people look at their LIE-bles without bias, they will realize that Satan loved humanity so much that He was willing to risk joke-hova's wrath in order to free us. Satan put you and me, the whole Gentile race (God's not-chosen) above joke-hova, and continues to this day.
