Then now all of a sudden the memorial is here and they want to call me? How about trying to get their attendance up or fill in some numbers...

Hmm..I just got one thought. Many times (a lot of years) my step-father (who is the PO in a congregation) called me and wanted me to check out the exact time of sundown on the memorial night. So, in his congregation it was an apostate that set the time-table for the memorial!
He is a nice man, so of course he got the right timing.

Last year the U.S. had a -2.4% (decrease) for the Memorial. They don't want a decrease again.
