Phizzy: Methusaleh wasn't my younger brother, but, the Dead Sea was only sick when I was born.

Rebecca: Now, I'm in my PJ's and drinking my Crown Royale. It helps me to be less critical.

It reminded me of a very long AA meeting, except with a lot more lies.

I felt sick to my stomach to be a part of that wretched school.

I left shortly before I was suppose to go back for a second time. Honestly, I didn't see the point of it. I think they are running out of new pioneers to fill the class. In my area, some are on their third time going back.

"The Finished Mystry"? It was in the 1970s.

Oh yeah- that was the book with the scary chart that shows us dropping off the 6000 year old cliff in 1975!!- and jump the JWs did- not so much after 1976- we gave Jehoover a extra year in case his watch was running slow.

No pioneer school in 1977-- 100 hours per month. Pioneered "where the need was great"-- Nowheresville, USA

Pioneer school in 2004 right before the new book was published. 800 hours per year. Had to write in the definition of "porneia" word for word as dictated by the C.O. Where's the vomit icon when you need it?

It sure sounds like a waste. The rules are simple: You get an average of 70 hours a month, averaged through the year. Do you need a class to teach people that? As for the extras, why do they need to be so strict on every little thing? They have so many rules that they need a school--sure sounds like a Talmud's worth to me.

And wasn't the religion supposed to be pure Christian?
