It wastes peoples lives,eg:
Dont get an education
Dont have children
Dont pursue a career
Dont save for your retirement/old age
In other words dont have a fullfilling meaning full productive life
Slave for the Watchtowers real estate/publishing empire instead

P.S. I wonder how many that are still in realise what a wasted life they have led.

Introverts - check out this great TED talk about the power of introverts...
I took my 5 yr old daughter to see the Disney movie "The Croods" yesterday. For me it was like art imitating life.
The movie is about a family of Cave people who are SO afraid of leaving their cave, for fear of what might be out in the world, all of the big bad things that will hurt them - that they stay holed up in the dark for days and weeks on end, only coming out into the light when they absolutely HAVE to for food.
When they finally are forced to venture out of the cave and into the light, they are amazed to figure out that they had not been LIVING at all, but merely existing.
Fear rules all from what I have seen from the Watchtower Society. Living under such an immense shadow of fear is life crippling in so many ways.
