Got the CO talk and a vid tomorrow but I ain't going. Even if I did want to I have 'flu.

But, I want to be able to prepare a rebuttal for my husband who most likely will go. What's it about? What's this video? Knowledge is power!

Sorry,I can't give details,but it's about the preaching work worldwide. I did show to see the slides,but arrived late,and didn't feel like going in the main auditorium. It was crowded that day,so I just snuck out. I do that sometimes,lol.

Julia from a female's point of view, what helped you break away from the Borg? I am tiring of my wife's lack of critical thinking, she makes friends with all the batty-ding dongs of the Kingdom Hall. She has a web of friends, mostly sisters from the circuit who have been dumped by their husbands. Maybe she is preparing something for me? Plenty of company for all those unhappy sisters who lost their husbands for being loyal to a Cult?

I have been thinking it's time to move on with my life, I am tired of being surrounded by liars, cheaters, frauds and crooks who pretend to worship Jesus Christ. I worry about the Adultry part if I make such a bold move, I am afraid of losing my relationship with Jesus Christ for willful sinning against the Holy Spirit. What can I do?

Bloody hell! I'm hooked into the phone link up to hear some of this video and it's been a few minutes and already it's a giant load of propaganda. How for instance, JWs are fulfilling prophecy by translating stuff in a zillion different languages. They do this therefore they are the true religion spreading religious truth because they're attracting more people from small indigenous language groups. More tools for their ministry- tracts etc.

Gee I thought the Bible should be the only tool- whup, they're now ragging on Christendom. The Jw tracts on the other hand, make the natives so happy because they feel special to have it in their own language.

Governing Body is shown releasing some new thing to thunderous applause...getting their rewards in full. People so happy cuz not having nwt in their language made their hearts sick. Happy happy happy...saccharine sick.

Now they're foregrounding the voluntary donations. More happy happy non-english speakers saying how it will help them preach and study better. JWs increasing in Africa etc. Brothers crying from joy because songs r in their dialects. Happy happy happy...more saccharine...

Grateful expressions of gratitude then how JWs r only ones who even bother to translate into other languages...and it's free to everyone! Some stats on how many languages the JWs translate into.

A pitch to try reach non-English speakers in our territories and to go to Jw website and print out their language. Learn a new language! Experiences of ppl who learned new language thru JWs language class...happy happy happy!

People serving in foreign countries...even bringing their small children along! Fs is so much better than in the West, so come on down! Huge expansion in Bolivia etc. So many benefits! Our kids became faithful JWs too! They wanna go to Bethel! Little kids talking.

But brothers, it's hard work but a better way of life for all! The translation work proves Jehovah loves us as individuals, and this proves we're different and have Jehovahs blessing!
