We know this is an idiotic idea, from a JW point of view. At least it should be. all you have to do is look up " domestics " in the WT CD-library. The domestics are always ones with a heavenly hope. Sadly, most dubs are poor students and do not even realize what the old light was. They have to know that before there is any hope of explaing why the nu-light is total BS, at least the way it's being presented.
All Christians are domestics and faithful stewards. Sometimes we receive help/food from others. Sometime we are the ones giving the help/food. The GB are way off. The 2-class Christian system is wrong. The seriously erred by not fully renouncing Rutherford's false teaching of the heavenly calling ending in the 1930's. I think the beast-like Org had taken on a life of it's own and those benefitting from the system were not about to change it.
I just describe this nu-light as a promotion/title without a raise. It is a way to buy time and boost the morale of those ignorant enough to be duped. I found this quote interesting.

Honest conversations will never take place. More will be expected. The sheeple will not inquire about anything. Their future in the Org is one of slavery to ideas of men.
So they rank&file got a shot in the arm, sort of... The numbers don't lie. The sheep are leaving or slowing down, they are taking drugs, depressed, missing meetings,ect. This nu-light is a power grab, a way to combat the rising partakers, IMO. Just look at the new Memorial outline. It is not a coincidence that both these new things happened this year. The domestic change is also a morale booster for loyal company slaves. They feel dignified by the GB, their idols, their vicars, their collective pope.
