I posted for him, 16 hours ago on top of page 2.

My next door neighbor, The Bird Man, recalled his favorite place...Cocos Island...that he pronounces Coo-Coo. That is #237 on the list.

I was just outside and heard him blowing the leaves off of his driveway. My first thought was he's making his place all gorgeous for his kids and grandkids who will, I am guessing, show up later today. Now I am thinking, he was hoping for the Big Win, and was making everything nice, so when the TV people come out with their cameras and such...he will be ready for his big Colgate smile, close up.

Oh Wow. To live next door to the guy who wins Simon's "Name That Place Challenge", is just Wow!

Oh by the way Simon, he is a retired Lawyer, so he will be familiar with all the paper work that needs to be signed and witnessed, for all the releases for his name and picture to be used in the public domain.
