Has anyone from that fertiliser explosion been charged with manslaughter (or, murder) yet?

Berangaria - Deut 22:8 Basic liability Torah. The factory had not been inspected, a hazard existed
all the owners, CEO and Corporation Decision Makers are blood-guilty. They should all be in jail for
what happened at that factory it was criminal negligence.
As for Tsarnaev, he deliberatley and with malice and forethought, blew up a child, and
blew off people's legs. If they had an active burning Valley of Gehenna, his body should be thrown
there so it will not be an object of Muslim worship and veneration. Sorry for the lack of religious
tolerance, but I have had it with Muslims.

Berengaria
Nathan,
I mean you are outraged at this dumbshit and his brother for killing 3 people. He appears to have been basically a loser that turned to extremist thinking long after he turned his life from being a guy with potential and a future to being a failure with a chip on his shoulder. Double so for the brother.
But where is your outrage and demand of vengeance for the greedy bastards that caused 15 deaths and a shit ton of other destruction, simply because they wanted to make another buck? In a state that is proud of their lack of oversight. How is that any less gross? How does that warrant any less outrage? This factory was something like a thousand times over it's legal limit, and built next to an old folks home and a school. They only had 1 million dollars worth of insurance. They did absolutely everything wrong. ON PURPOSE. Pure greed. Not crazy, not out of the loop, just greed.
We are never ever going to prevent every random crazy from causing hell. It will happen again. Another Fort Hood/Boston, another Aurora/Newtown. We will of course do what we can to prevent them while hopefully preserving freedom. But it's completely illogical to think we could ever prevent them all. What we can prevent are things like this fertilizer mess, or the BP explosion, or the mining tragedies we have seen recently. Pretty much all of them could have been prevented with regulations and enforcement. It's positively obscene.

Why would it be an object of worship and veneration?
Sorry for the lack of religious
tolerance, but I have had it with Muslims.
Which ones?

<<<< 144001, she couldn't be extradited from New York to Rhode Island on shoplifting charges let alone from another country to the US. I don't think Russia has an extradition law with the US.>>>>>
Regardless of whether there's an extradition treaty with Russia, Putin doesn't believe in the cause of these terrorists, and her delivery to us could be negotiated. If Obama had any gonads, she would already be over here facing charges with the piece of poo she calls her son. I think she should face the same fate as her son.

Berengaria, I am every bit as outraged and incensed as you are over inadequate corporate due diligence which results in the deaths of employees and civilians. But based on your comments I feel that mabe I am a bit more concerned over the activities of fanatic Muslim jihadis than you are.
If I may, you asked villagegirl, "Why would [Tamerlan Tsarnaev's burial site] be an object of worship and veneration?
Because fanatic Muslim jihadis revere those who die in jihad and turn their graves into shrines.
Then you asked villagegirl which Muslims she has had it with.
I can't speak for villagegirl, but I can speak for myself:
ALL OF THEM, immigrant or domestic convert. They should ALL be expelled from the USA, because they are ALL dedicated to replacing America with a Muslim sharia theocracy.

Just remember Beks, corporations are people too. Except they cant be jailed or put to death or face any real responsibility. I know it is off topic but i get your point. All it is, is a body burry it secretly and move on.
