I like BBC radio and TV...nice to get a non-US centric view. I get the same feeling when in Canada listening to the radio and watching TV. The world does not revolve around the US.
Actually the Weather Channel is #1 at home...not enough weather news of other countries, but it is there.
We regularly watch local news, tape it first and zip through the repeat news items and watch what is happening in our area. I lived in an area that had no local news channels and radio and TV and the newspaper were the only sources.
