Mostly family, with a touch of curiosity to boot:
- all added together with early adolescent rebellion against a parent, who was trying to make me go to church!
At a rather impressionable age, I was introduced to the JW religion by a grandmother who had converted a year or two earlier.

Birth, 3rd generation. That was the prelude, peer pressure was the trigger.
I think most will be born ins or very young, does the religion really grow much from new converts,doesn't seem so. Hope not!!! I came in at 5 when my mother joined.
My mum became a Jehovah's witness just before Armageddon (the 1975 one). I was two at the time.
My great-great-great grandparents. They aren't my favorite people, whoever they were.
Idealism for me. Converted in my mid 20's from agnosticism. I wanted to find the best way of life and I found it with Jehovah and His people.
Looking back on my life I can see that I was conceived to serve Jehovah and I wouldn't want it any other way.
My wife, she told me if I didn,t follow her our marriage is
doom. It was doomed from the start, the borg just prolong
the misery.
I was born in. No choice for me.
