2012 28 baptized
2013 48 baptized
Attendance was nearly 20% higher, our congregation was encouraged to car pool because they were expecting an increase in attendance, the reason was not shared, I assumed another circuit was included.

Slightly off topic, an observation...
For Circuit and Special Assemblies I recall that they would announce the total baptisms for the specific assembly.
Of recent years, I have noticed that they announce the running total for the circuit number.
Can you imagine how dis-heartening it would be to announce that 9 got baptised today as opposed to "that brings the total number baptised for circuit #6A this service year to 56".

@ Jersey City,,,, 29/3800 = .76%

mindnumbed, thx, do you know the attendance for both years by any chance?
Dayton Ohio, Saturday, 6/29/2013
I counted 29 baptised out of attendance of 6600.
A whopping 0.44%
Dalton Ga June 15, 3 baptized, 2000 in attendance. Both are down from last year.
Thx, JJ,,how many of the 3 baptized were JW youth? A .1%!
Seems not to be many reports on baptisms. Not much stir. Through "google" there's just PR reports about the 'millions of dollars' their conventions bring into their cities.

Can't really tell, but looks like majority are adults. percentage of 33 to attendance of 5,568 was .6%, not dramatic .Over 2000 at the convention, 7 baptized. I think that makes a yearly average of about 1%
One anonymous observer at: "the Richmond, VA convention this weekend. The peak attendance was around 5,600 (with only 5k at the Friday morning session). The average was around 5,500. There were 24 baptized." (So that ratio is .4%) Also, "observed so many people leaving early each day. About an hour before the sessions were over, dozens of folks were packing up and heading out."
