Its quite obvious to most that the WTS. created a consortium of lies to help in the proliferation of its published goods.
From the WTS. very beginning in the late 1800's there were supposed true bible interpretations, well they too were
commercially inspired doctrines and teachings.
Would the WTS. have sold many millions of pieces of literature in the last century if they didn't create its own
corruptly devised doctrines. Hardly.
Unfortunately for the WTS. this so call set of generation(s) is just about to expire, for we are getting past the
possible life span of a human of (100 years) from 1914 .
In the future they may have to drop 1914 altogether to keep themselves looking viable.

Deep down, this is the best and only real real reason they did this:
NY44M: The overlapping generation will work until us old farts are all dead. Then they can come up with something new.

This is one of those subjects were the WT will say one thing and then turn right around and say another. Its like the Messiah subject in one publication they come right out and say Jesus is not your messiah then next weeks watchtower they're all talking about jesus as our messiah. It like they're throwing out enough info to keep you in your place but then really not holding fast to it, so you will not finally have that emotional moment one needs to wake up from the brain washing.

Funny they mention the gay marriage thing as a sign of the last days. This elder who came unannounced to my house on Saturday mentioned that gay marriage is being accepted by the Jews, Muslims and 'Christendom' just like the Bible prophecied. Um, where did the Bible say gay marriage means the end will come:
Matt 29:1 And in the last days this wicked [overlapping] generation will see men marrying men and women being given in marriage to women, then the end will come.

omg this is some seriously depressing stuff!!!!
No wonder my MIL seems so depressed all the time!!! Believing that the end is just around the corner - and in the mean time, it's just evil and hatred, greed and wickedness. Then when the end comes, her son will die because he is under the control of Satan.
This is hard core! Why don't Watchtower / Awake run an article about people giving up their lives to volunteer in refugee camps, or working with the deisabled, or working in animal rescue etc. Yes there are some assholes in the world (many JW's too from who I've met) but there are also a lot of caring, loving just downright awesome people in the world too! Why can't they focus on that every now and again!!!! :(

you are not keeping up with advancing truth:
it is not the wicket generation that is overlapping,
it is the generation of anointed ones that goes on and on
or are you calling the anointed wicked?
