Part of "Human Apostates" talk missing?

On JWR we had one member go to the DC this past weekend, with the transcript in hand and she noticed this past missing too. This has since the first conventions been removed from the manuscript. Given that the speakers must stick to the letter of the script, it is not an own decision to leave something out. Therefore the GB must have seen this already backfiring, or seen on apostate sites that we were discussing how this could backfire and had it taken out.

I know a few years ago when i was still attending the DC there was a talk that some points were supposedly coming up but then the talk they gave at the DC I attended these points were omiited. Like someone else pointed out here that it could be that some talks very from convention to convention depending on the outline.
