My initial reaction was that she had to be an "unbaptized publisher" to go house to house.
But then I realized that us born-ins don't have the same titles as "new" people.
If she makes good $$$ contributions, then it would put the local BOE in a bind. But then, I'm not sure what the BOE can really do other than if she showed up for service to tell her to go home.
