When Is Armageddon? Really?

To know what to look for several questions MUST first be answered as folllows:

1/ Who are "the kings of the earth"?

2/ Who is the Wild Beast?

3/ Who is the False Prophet?

4/ What are the inspired utterances?

I think the easiest thing to look for are the "inspired utterances".

Jesus Christ already gave us several clues written in the Gospels about what to watch for in regard to "utterances" coming from the false prophet!

The Apostles also gave us some clues!

    Here are some:

    Matthew 24:23-26

"Then if anyone says to YOU, ‘Look! Here is the Christ,’ or, ‘There!’ do not believe it. 24 For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will give great signs and wonders so as to mislead, if possible, even the chosen ones. 25 Look! I have forewarned YOU. 26 Therefore, if people say to YOU, ‘Look! He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out; ‘Look! He is in the inner chambers,’ do not believe it.

    Luke 21:8

He said: "Look out that YOU are not misled; for many will come on the basis of my name, saying, ‘I am he,’ and, ‘The due time has approached.’ Do not go after them.

    Matthew 7:15-16

"Be on the watch for the false prophets that come to YOU in sheep’s covering, but inside they are ravenous wolves. 16 By their fruits YOU will recognize them.

    2 Peter 2:1-3

2 However, there also came to be false prophets among the people, as there will also be false teachers among YOU. These very ones will quietly bring in destructive sects and will disown even the owner that bought them, bringing speedy destruction upon themselves. 2 Furthermore, many will follow their acts of loose conduct, and on account of these the way of the truth will be spoken of abusively. 3 Also, with covetousness they will exploit YOU with counterfeit words. But as for them, the judgment from of old is not moving slowly, and the destruction of them is not slumbering.

    1 John 4:1

4 Beloved ones, do not believe every inspired expression, but test the inspired expressions to see whether they originate with God, because many false prophets have gone forth into the world.

    2 Corinthians 11:3

But I am afraid that somehow, as the serpent seduced Eve by its cunning, YOUR minds might be corrupted away from the sincerity and the chastity that are due the Christ.

By simply determining an entity that; "comes on the basis of my name" a Christian would be well on the way to discerning the "inspired utterances".

Here is a World Wide entity that blatantly makes that claim:

To hold to the headship of Christ, it is therefore necessary to obey the organization that he is personally directing. Doing what the organization says is to do what he says. Resisting the organization is to resist him.

A Christian should be getting closer to understanding where that place called Armageddon is!

    Genesis 3:3-5

"At this the serpent said to the woman: "YOU positively will not die. 5 For God knows that in the very day of YOUR eating from it YOUR eyes are bound to be opened and YOU are bound to be like God, KNOWING good and bad."

Out of the mouth of the dragon!

Millions Now Living Will Never Die!

    You positively will not die

    Revelation 16:13-14

And I saw three unclean inspired expressions [that looked] like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the wild beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 They are, in fact, expressions inspired by demons and perform signs, and they go forth to the kings of the entire inhabited earth, to gather them together to the war of the great day of God the Almighty.

Millions Now Living Will Never Die!

Can there be any doubt in peoples minds that this inspired expression is ............. out of the mouth of the dragon?

But hey, its also comes out of the mouth of an entity that blatanty claims to; "come on the basis of my name" ... The False Prophet!

out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the wild beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

So we have heard it from the mouth of the dragon and the mouth of the false prophet!

So who the heck is the wild beast who says the same thing!

Millions Now Living Will Never Die!

    The positively will not die.

    2 Corinthians 11:3

But I am afraid that somehow, as the serpent seduced Eve by its cunning, YOUR minds might be corrupted away from the sincerity and the chastity that are due the Christ.

So............................................. whose minds have been corrupted by an unclean inspired expression?

and how close are we now to understanding where that place called Armageddon is?

Millions Now Living Will Never Die!

    Was this expression inspired?

Are those Millions to whom this was said all still alive?

If not, then is this expression unclean? (aka false)

Millions Now Living Will Never Die.

So, if this really is an unclean inspired utterance coming from the mouth of the dragon and the mouth of the wild beast and the mouth of the false prophet then there are more questions to ask:

1/ Who are the people that this unclean expression is gathering together?

    and

2/ Do any of these people claim to be "kings of the earth".

    here is another clue:

    Revelation 5:9-10

And they sing a new song, saying: "You are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals, because you were slaughtered and with your blood you bought persons for God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, 10 and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth."

w95 7/1 p. 19 "The Israel of God" and the "Great Crowd"
19 However, Exodus 19:5, 6 ultimately has a far more glorious fulfillment. In the book of Revelation, the apostle John hears heavenly creatures applying this scripture as they praise the resurrected Jesus: "You were slaughtered and with your blood you bought persons for God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and you made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over the earth." (Revelation 5:9, 10) In its final sense, then, the royal priesthood is God’s heavenly Kingdom, the ruling authority for which Jesus taught us to pray. (Luke 11:2) All 144,000 anointed Christians who endure faithful to the end will have a part in that Kingdom arrangement. (Revelation 20:4, 6) What a wonderful fulfillment of the promise made so long ago through Moses!

So that is two unclean inspired expressions.

1/ Millions Now Living Will Never Die

2/ Coming on the basis of Jesus Christ's name.

What about a possible third unclean inspired expression?

I am leaning towards the "due time has approached" expression that Jesus Christ warned us about here in regard to those who come on the basis of his name:

    Luke 21:8

8 He said: "Look out that YOU are not misled; for many will come on the basis of my name, saying, ‘I am he,’ and, ‘The due time has approached.’ Do not go after them.

    Do not go after them!

Is that a recommendation or perhaps some advice from Jesus Christ or, is it a commandment!

So .......................... who is really obeying Jesus Christ?

    and

Who is it that is being gathered together by unclean inspired expressions?

I am convinced there is no grey area here!

Religion and the Armageddon-Waiting Game are a snare and (money) racket. That's why the first draft of Rutherford's notorious money-generating public address was "Millionaires Now Living Will Never Die (But All the Penniless Suckers Will)." He got half his message right - and successfully revived the centuries-old Armageddon-Waiting Game.

    “Qcmbr”:

“For years we've been scared into buying useless food items ( in my case it was a 200 kg wheat)”

Well, at least you got exactly what you thought you would get – wheat. Charles Taze Russell tried to make money on so-called “miracle wheat,” but it wasn’t exactly any kind of “miracle” at all, and government tests determined it to actually be low quality. (What’s that word coming to my mind right now – oh yah, “charlatan.”)

    “flipper”:

“" When is Armageddon ? " NEVER. REALLY. It's a fantasy made up by religionists to control people and put them in fear.”

. . . . Aaaaand the cigar for this thread goes to: “flipper.”
