Is there a mechanism for making videos in response to their videos so that OUR videos come up when people visit this youtube channel?

I seen it last night, but can't find it today which is odd. FB site had jw.org green logo, same as official jw.org site and same as the youtube site and had many wts pictures on it similar in quality to their official site. Last night when I check it, it has been around since nov 2012 but it was in foreign language, when clicked on the jw.org link it opened up jw.org/ro version which I'm not sure if it's Romanian or not.

I knew of the fb page months ago since I quickly glanced at it without paying too much attention to the content back then, obviously didn't realizing it was foreign.
Yesterday with youtube site going up I assumed they were related since they looked similar and when I checked the fb site last night which was still there I came to realize it was foreign and started nov 2012. If I remember correctly that's around the time of the new revised jw.org site. The photos of wts material was pretty good, not scanned like many other fb pages, and there wasn't many comments. The site had green JW.org logo with the ™ at the bottom right corner, same as the youtube page.
Today fb page was gone. I went through the log history and found https://www.facebook.com/jw.orgmartoriiluiiehova but obviously the page is down.
Just did Google search and here's the google cache link to it. See what you think

I think whoever made that page did a bad job of cropping the logo.
