The JW's have been that way ever since Rutherford invented the cult, it is interesting though to think that most JW's will swallow this side-stepping argument about them being Creationists, and believe it to be some sort of answer.
They are Creationists, and they are a High Control, Mind Control Cult.
It's not a church, it's a Kingdom Hall. They don't have priests, ministers, or reverends, they have elders. It's not a cross, it's a torture stake.
It's all part of the mental programming to reinforce that they're different.
If you believe a god created the universe & life in it, you're a creationist. Just because there are differences of opinion under that umbrella doesn't mean they're not creationists. It's like saying you're a Christian. Lots of variation within the genre, but still Christian.
They just can't stand to be identified with any other religious categories.
People that gaslight your brain with the intent of lying and distorting perception; with the intent to control you...... You need to get away from that abuse. That's the kind of stuff that makes people crazy over a period of time...
