    @blondie

    Tucson Convention Center security were very friendly toward us. I don't think they have a high opinion of the witnesses.

    @frankiespeakin

    It would be interesting to see what happened and to capture it on video. I'll leave that project to someone else!

    When one UBM stopped to talk to us, an attendant tried to move him. What an embarassment that turned out to be!

    LOL - I wonder who that was?

    Next year, learn the moves to some dance and coordinate with your fellow protestors without music.

    Video it then put it to the music online as the attendants try to keep in front of you. I assure you, that will go viral.

    My suggestion, MC Hammer's "U can't touch this"

    It would be nice to meet up with other ex-JW's from Tucson. I sent you a private message -- check your inbox!

    So the JW's haul out a cart full of literature and stand by it doing their street witnessing, what do you think their reaction would be if a group of men stood in front of them like this blocking the view, moving left or right if they did?

    Startingover,

    Good point very good point. So much for the Watchtower Corporation of bragging about winning the freedom to knock on peoples doors early in the morning on saturday and sunday offering their printed material for corporation enrichment of assets, and yet they act like a bunch of thugs when it come to their assemblies.

    I love all of these ideas for signs, especially ones that simply say jwfacts.com and any ones directed towards children/pre-teens/teenagers. It realy doesn't have to be fancy. Anything about Jesus wouldn't grab the attention of a dub. Jesus is out of the picture, not even an afterthought in this religion. Waste of space,time,materials to use his name.

    If I had to protest outside a convention my sign would read "ALLOW YOUNG PEOPLE GET AN EDUCATION " or "FALSE PROPHET -1914, 1919, 1925, 1975, 2000"

    I agree with Paralipomenon; choreograph a simple silly series of moves - shift left , shift right, shift in opposite directions, switch sides, have one of you move and the other remain in place, turn it into a waltz - have a third co-conspirator video the scene, then add a music track and make the thing go viral! You will probably have to pixelate the faces of the attendents so that they cannot be identified. If you signs were on extendable poles, like the ones painters use, you can get your signs up above the heads of the attendants. Carry on a one sided conversation with the attendants, "Hey, your tag says attendant, so why aren't you attending?" "What if this was being filmed?" Sing songs from Jesus Christ Superstar just loud enough for the attendants to hear, but no one else.
