I really don't think they get it.
They have their blinders on and just won't think about anything that could possibly make them question anything.
They are like Stepford Families and robots. They do as they're told while they have that dense look on their faces.

Based on my memories of those oh so "happy" years I spent in the wacky Watchtower World, people do question things a little bit here and there - it's human nature.
The problem is that their indoctrination / inculcation teaches them to only look for answers from JW (or JW-friendly) sources that confirm their bias towards the idea that "only the Watchtower has the truth".
All such obvious and redundant statements.
But I hear ya and feel for you.

You know, I see my elderly sick mom still TRY to hang on to the Witness nonsense. Lately, she doesn't feel like writing letters for field service. She doesn't feel like paying attention to the recordings from Conventions. She thinks household articles could've brought the demons in her house and maybe that's why she's losing her zeal for the Watchtower.
What a way to live.
That's no way to live.. It's sad that the more a JW is paranoid about deemunz, the more they think they encounter them!

JWs are clueless also, because they rarely use brain power. They are sheeple. They follow orders and never question anything.
It's the watchtower which brings DEMONS into the house.
