My mother upon learning about the Candace Conti case said "this can't be the truth." She was 87 and had be baptised for almost 60 years at the time.
It does happen folks.

People deserve the real truth no matter how long they have been living in the lies. Peace and hope for your mother. Even if she stays for the people, at least she knows Minimus wasn't the problem.

Funny thing, she asked me this week if I left (the Truth) because I wanted to experience "worldly" pleasures. I answered her by saying this: "I left the religion because it was not the Truth".

If she has a lot of years invested in the WTBTS, this could be hard going for her as well. All her friends are there, and more family members?
So be gentle. She may not want to leave the congregation, especially if it has been giving her a lot of support. Bug good to see she is seeing beyond their bull-pucky. Just go slow. Walk gently, make sure she has a lot of support and love.
