I was on lots of JCs, only disfellowshipped once, he was a muppet and everyone would have wondered why his new wife and he had a bouncing baby after only being married 6 months. He was back in after about 8 months.
Have any of you ex elders ever seeked out those you previously disfellowshipped?

The JC's I was on were for misc stupid stuff and mostly private reproofs. I wasn't the kickem out kind of guy. The df's were for things like drunkeness, alki beat his wife and the like. We met with two persons who DA'd themselves because they just didn't want to be Witnesses any more, no reason given really accept they didn't want to live the life so it wasn't apostacy. Now I admire their courage. So no one to apologize to. They've moved on and so have I.

Yes a fellow Elder. We had a good laugh over it. A case of adultery.
One of the brothers on the committee ask for details on the sex act.
The brother told us to kiss his ass and walked out, I will not
give you any details. I committed adultery and that's all you need
to know.
