Your boss is probably avoiding you because his worst fears center around your suing his company, and he doesn't want to pay any increase in liability insurance premiums. Since he's so heartless, why not make his worst fears become reality? Consult a personal injury attorney. Besides, age discrimination and a whole lot of other issues are there for the taking, to sink your teeth into, lol!

Naeblis's advice not to burn bridges is actually better. Las Vegas is a small town so to speak. I go there to visit friends and get some R & R, and I hear word gets around amongst employers in this quasi-corporate/casino resort city. But if you want some drama and would enjoy seeing the look on your boss's face, then take my suggestion and bomb the bridge. ;-)
