I am having a complete mental breakdown.

My nerve endings on the right side of my body are burning all the time.

I can't face the stress and the pain.

I can't sleep, I can't rest. I can't think.

I don't know what to do.

I concur, please get to a doctor as quickly as you can.
In the meantime perhaps the pharmacist can give you more powerful painkillers than you can normally buy at the local supermarket?
