    I am looking forward to reading the new bible, which probably suggests there's something wrong with me.

    Of late I have mostly been off the opinion that the NWT's unreadability is probably its strongest point (from a GB perspective) makes it harder to follow the writer's actual thoughts, which rarely match JW doctrine, so do wonder if an easier-to-read bible will help us to reach JWs.

    Understood. Not sure about your point. Could you elucidate?

    It's not as if this book is actually inspired by God or anything. I think the arrogance of the current GB is extremely interesting in that they actually believe THEY can determine what is and is not, should be and should not be, part of the Bible. And yet the claim to accept that it IS inspired by God.

    Now that I'm watching from a safe distance emotionally and mentally, it is an interesting display of human weirdness to observe: both the actions of the leaders and the willing complicity of the sheep that follow them.

    I fear for my children!

    We are enjoying a banquet from Jehovah. We are domestics that have been just received the main course of this banquet,

    Deut 6:4-6 - use to say "vital force" now says "strength".

    If we love Jehovah have to love new Bible. We will be drawn to it. Brothers must revisit popular scriptures and make adjustments using new Bible.

    Hours and hours involved in getting Bible and new app out. Over 1800 locations getting new bible this weekend.

    Don't you appreciate hard work done by loving brothers to get this to us.

    Attendance - 14555 in Brooklyn area -grand total for today - not all reporting yet - 247.895 - expect 1 and half million to participate this weekend and are getting bibles.
