You would be surprised how many jws think those words are in the actual text of Acts 15....I did before I came here. I have talked to inactive jws who had to look to be sure I wasn't telling them a clinker. All they have to do is use the phrase and the cite the scripture afterwards and they think the words are there. Many jws never look up the cited scriptures.

I agree Blondie — I believed that too. I could have sworn it was right there in Acts! The power of mind-control and suggestion is amazing.

So happy to have left it all behind... took me 45 years tho. Thank goodness for my personal study.
