  Mine has the same error. I had found another typo earlier, but forgot to write it down and now can't find. But it was a foot note directing to the appendix, and it had A3 instead of A2. It was obvious that it meant to be A2. It might have been visa versa with the A2 - A3 , I can't remember. Now it's going to drive me crazy til I find it again.
