Welcome aboard!
BTW, you might read some of Bart Ehrman's stuff (Misquoting Jesus, Forgery, etc) since as part of the coursework, he has his students compare the various Gospel accounts side-by-side to reveal the many contradictions. There's a few videos on YouTube, but here's one:

Welcome to this forum. Not being baptized was a real blessing for you. Now you are free to make choices that will truly benefit you and others.

Welcome LucidChimp, Since you have been visiting JWN for awhile and hoping to help JW family members to critically think for themselves, have you read any of Steve Hassan's books (i.e., "Combatting Cult Mind Control", "Releasing the Bonds: Empowering People to Think for Themselves", and (his latest book) "Freedom of Mind: Helping Loved Ones Leave Controlling People, Cults and Beliefs"), visited his website www.freedomofmind.com, and/or watched his videos on his website?
Peace be with you and everyone, who you love,
Robert

LUCID CHIMP: No life plans in the works,
AGOGNOPHOS: I too realized TTATT fairly recently (shortly before I joined JWN), and I haven't figured what I want to do with my life either.
Be grateful that you discovered TTATT while you have enough of your life remaining to make some serious plans!
Many here (including myself) found it all out very late in life.
