It sounds great. The reality is the law is the law. I don't read details of military history but don't you engage your enemy on the field of your choosing where you stand the greatest advantage. Unfortunately, law at this point in time favors the Witnesses. My suggestion is not to not do anythiing. Find a better battleground.
I don't have time to collect information. Because of my interests, I have studied about liberation movements for decades. Law is not what it appears on Tv shows or films. George Washington is a good example. The British had the most powerful army in the world. American colonists had little. Our militias were militias not standing armies. We were rag tag. Fortunately, Washington knew not to fight the British in a big, traditional European style battle. Whenever he did, the colonists sustained heavy casualties. We lost. As I understand it, rather than fight according to European systems, Washington, a veteran of the French and Indian War near the western frontier, engaged in small encounters. The British were bogged down over time. Of course, the French intervention was central to independence. Choose the strategies creatively. This is not being a wimp but a victor.
America and the French in Viet Nam is also the classic. The French and the United States had superb well-funded militaries. The French lost. We lost. Nixon decided to call it peace with honor but we lost. Call it a success and leave.
