People can have all the care free sex and drinking they want, just don't make me pay for it.
How are you paying for it?
The ads don't "promote" anything, they point out potentiallly dangerous activities.

I didn't write the part that says "the ads promote binge drinking and care free sex", but I agree with it.
I didn't include the two ads you posted in my post because the activities portrayed in those ads are normal activities,
school sports and carving a pumpkin.
The ads I posted portray binge drinking and care free sex as normal activities.
By portraying those activities as normal activities obviously promotes them because........ they are being portrayed as normal activities.
As I believe these ads are promoting binge drinking and carefree sex, the paying for it part you asked about should be self explanatory.
Obamacare pays for birth control, binge drinking leads to injuries, insurance pays the bills, rates go up, remember we're all in this together.

Dear moo- perhaps you missed that taxes go to pay for things we may personally never use or directly benefit from ie your property taxes go to public schools you will never attend and libraries you will never visit and public roads you will never drive on, its called building communities. Our payments into ACA will support women with prenatal care, well child visits and treatments for when children not your own get sick or need operations, you will care for the aged also. Your tax dollars also go to the care of wounded veterans although you may never have served in the armed forces or even like the institution. None of these things you may personally even like- to bad, its all for one and one for all.
The President is doing a fine job in spite of being called racist slurs by the Tea Party and GOPers and having a right wing majority Congress bent on grinding the Union into the dust. New Chairperson of the Federal Reserve, Janet Yellen, gave the right wing obstructionists an earful yesterday.

Obamacare relies on young, healthy people to sign up to help cover the costs of older, sicker people.
Not quite sure what planet you live on, but that is not unique to "Obamacare".
Every single insurance company on earth, for the entire history of the concept known as "insurance", has used the premiums paid by those at lesser risk to cover the costs of providing benefits to those who more likely to make claims.
That is insurance - whether it is "Obamacare" or not.

moo- Recently I blocked a whole group of Tea Baggers from my Facebook page for using some of the most vile racial language directed at the President. Their links and resource pages continued the same shameful language.
