Hi friends,
I've read the thread "How many left over the UN issue?". I know GINOSKO, he is the elder, a very good friend of mine, I told you about when I wrote the threads about the UN and my congregation. We have talked in many occasions about our standing in the organization and our desire to please God rather than men (& keep doing that). That UN thing has made us almost leave the organization...We know the hypocrisy. But he posted a question that I think should have its own thread: "After you left the organization, Are you better persons now?. DO PEOPLE AROUND YOU THINK SO? (That is what counts, isn't it?). Do you feel closer to God now?. If you don't believe in God...Do you feel that you are better individuals now?...Do people around know the difference? Do you help people in need?. I ask this because the UN thing or any other thing that has made us leave the organization can have a positive o negative effect on us. Has the outcome been positive?... If the outcome has been negative, would you consider going back to the JWs (including the blood issue & shunning*)? if so, would you accept again all the tenets of the JW this is an honest question my friends...
