Hortensia - "Well, when I was first out of the org., still a young woman, I did a lot of running around. This was just before we all found out about AIDS."

Ah, the 70s; disco, leisure suits, and Studio 54.

    ( ** shudder ** )

Morning, everyone from here in the UK. So what happened, did I stick to my plan, or go to the meeting?

I will update you later, off to work and meetings now

Yes when meeting nights come around I am just happy to be at home not going anywhere. Happy at the thought about not getting dressed and sitting through another boring meeting, talking with the friends for fifteens min then heading home. Oh that's if it's not your turn to do the mini clean after the meeting which is something I always hated. Imagine attending a regular church and then find you are shoved into a group and every couple months it's your turn to do the cleaning. Oh and the major clean, forget that. I have enough trouble cleaning my own place without doing it for some organization. This is how these leeches have made billions using free labour. So glad I don't go to meetings anymore. Feeling so free at last, not to mention no field service, another thing I hated about this cult.

Go to a club and pick up a girl to play with. You asked.

You went to the meeting, yet just minutes before you were posting like you were not going. That is my take on it.

Not to brag but I decided in 2010 when I stopped going to meetings to replace the 4 - 6hrs of meetings/FS per week with volunteer work. I am currently volunteering to help design a new facility for a not-for-profit (non-religious) group. This is very satisfying work and people actually appreciate your efforts. Never had that when I used to do the same for the RBC.
